We are equipped to produce, finish, and pack 3,00,000 pcs. per month (approx.), depending upon style and construction. We meet the following production lead times (in days):

• Prints & Embroidery - 100 to 110
• Heavy embellishments / Schiffly Embroidery / YDyed Checks & Stripes - 120
• Overseas Fabrics - 120

We love our work, hence activities ranging from cutting to packing are executed in-house. Quality is ensured through in-house, state-of–the-art equipment across multiple tiers of manufacturing.

We are equipped with 800 (approx.) stitching machines that entitle us to produce up to 12,000 (approx.) garments daily.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art washing machines and drying tumblers (Fabcare), along with latest Italian dry-cleaning machines. Laundry water is processed through industrial grade Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) plants prior to its discharge in sewer lines.

We are equipped with 3 independent finishing and packing floors, across 2 production facilities that are endowed with latest product safety and packaging equipment. Leading to a capacity of 12,000 pcs. per day.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery machines (123 heads for 8 machines) across our production facilities, enabling us to execute activities ranging from cut to pack, within our compounds. Therefore, reducing dependency on external job works and fabricators. Furthermore, we use LECTRA machines for auto cutting and spreading that greatly helps us in undertaking enormous orders with guaranteed on-time deliveries.
